Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered—but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. We offer free return shipping if you choose an exchange or store credit. Prefer a refund? That’s okay too—return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, or sale items that you bought with an additional discount during a sale are final sale, and we do not accept returns on those items. They are labeled as “final sale” on our site and in your shopping cart.

RETURN OPTIONS

  • Exchange or Store Credit → Free return shipping
  • Refund to Original Payment Method → Return shipping fee deducted from refund

To initiate a return, please click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a printable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note there is an $8 processing fee for all returns that are refunded to the original payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, please click here, enter your order information and follow the steps to choose your new item. Once we receive your original, unwashed, unworn item, we’ll ship out your replacement right away!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final sale / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final. 

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company (usually 3-5 business days) to process and post the refund.
