What is the Upstanding Earthling Club?
It’s our loyalty program—and your invitation to earn rewards for supporting Winter Water Factory. Members collect Acorns (our version of points) by shopping, referring friends, and joining in on the fun. Then, redeem those Acorns for discounts at checkout.
How do I join?
Just click "Create an account" on the panel in the righthand corner. It’s free, fast, and earns you 300 Acorns right away. If you already have an account, you're a member!
Where can I check my Acorns?
Just log into your account and look for the Bear icon in the bottom right corner of the website. Once you launch the panel you'll be able to see your balance and any available rewards.
When do I get birthday Acorns?
On your birthday. The only exception is if your birthday falls within 30 days of when you enter it into your profile—your 500 Acorns will be awarded after about 30 days. This delay helps us prevent fraud, and your Acorns will still arrive in time to feel like a gift.
Can I use my rewards during sales?
Acorns can’t be combined with discount codes during sales or promotions.
Do my Acorns expire?
Nope! Acorns never expire—your forest of rewards is safe with us.
I forgot to use my Acorns at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately Acorns cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
What happens if I return something?
If you return a purchase, the Acorns you earned from it will be deducted from your balance. Think of it as balance in the ecosystem.
Do I earn points when I purchase a gift card?
Points are not earned on gift card purchases, but you can earn points when using gift cards to pay for your orders.
